I happen to view Ramanda Sagar’s production house creation “Ramayana”. This piece of art is so beautifully created that it attracts hearts and attention even after years.

The narration of Rama’s life is such that it attracts senses and I kept on watching the narration for hours. The narration of happy marriage and 14 years exhalation from Ayodhya and the happy days of ruling in Ayodhya came the chapter where Ram and Sita dissociated.

This narration filled heart with utterly grief and pain. The whole day spent restless with the pain staggering the clamness of heart.

As a commonmen the first thought came to mind “How can Ram whom we call God do like this to Sita who is the incarnation of Lakshmi?”
He knew Sita is pure in virtue and is the first devotee of him, whose every act, heart and soul is solely dedicated to Ram, then “Why? Why? Can Ram let this happen?”
With this question came one more question, “Why didnt Sita argue, faught against the decision of dissociation?”

One answer came from within inside is, “if she would have faught it would have led to arguments and aggressivness which would have resulted in distruction. Also one of the face of a women is the satute of love, ie, mother. A mother faces all hardship with smile and gives happiness and comfort to her children. For Sita people of Ayodhya were her children, so how can she show her power and rebliate against them.” With this thought like her I can see only one option and that is “face hardship and explain with act that kids’ thoughts are wrong”.

But for Ram, my questions and thoughts remained same for few days, I was not able to think on the other side, I was not able to put myself in his shoes. Finally this thought replaced questions…
“Ram was the king, father of people of Ayodhya. People will follow his act. As a husband he knew Sita was pure in virtue but there was strong voice against her virtue in general people and people use to take example of Sita to hide deeds which was not proper. If he would put all behind bars how raised doubts against Sita then it would not be good. Those would be with Ram would also be against him and that would create choas in Ayodhya.”
This thought couple with the thought that “a person who is committed to work, dedicated to work or committed and dedicated to service towards society will only be able to take such a decision. Only such a person will be able to give importance to “Karma” against “affection” and “love”".
It is great irony that, people worship girls but they want proof her chaisty. I take is as these people by default consider men inelligible for the certificate of chaisty.

Hope one day we all learn and understand that puerity is in soul and not in the body.

This post came out of a repeated comment from wellwishers and friends. This post is answer to their comments. work is what I term karma, reason, we sustain ourselves and family with our work. If work would be good backed with truth and loyality best results will be yield. In any case one will be affected by the results of work. Ravan lost all his strength and life for his one work, with life he damaged his fame, prestige and value. God doesnt look at how many kgs or medals of fame, prestige and value one earns. So why spend time and energy in thinking about fame, prestige and value. We remember Ram and Lakshman but do we remember Bharat and worship him? One thing should be taken into note, take any big leader or famous personality’s statue, these statues are symbol of name and fame they have earned. But they are remembered twice a year otherwise they are resting destination of birds. Keeping all this aside, I just came with the fruits of my karma and will leave with the fruits of my karma keeping ALL these things behind. So just want to focus on karma and try to perform in the best possible manner.

Bhakti requested Naradji to find some solution for her situation. Naradji thought and discussed Bhakti’s concern with many learned but none had concrete solution. One learned suggested Naradji to perform “Saptah parayan” of “Bhagavad Puran’ on the bank of Ganga in Haridwar.

Naradji followed suggestion and went to suggested “Anand Ghat” in Haridwar. Folks from all forms of society, religions and gender came to listen the words of Naradji. As Naradji started “Bhagavad Katha”, Bhakti came with her two sons. Bhakti and her sons (gyana, Vairagya) became young. As Katha proceeded their conditions improved.

By the end of the Katha “Shutji” arrived and narrated the importance of Bhagavad Puran. But only listening or reading is not important, one should apply brain and implement lessons in life. Bhakti will in its youth will come from the meaning of Katha and will reside in its youth form in the heart of Bhagavad lovers and Vaishnava.

Bhagavad Puran divides 18000 shloka (verses) into 12 adhyaya each adhyaya contains chapters.

Its first chapter of first dhyaya where Naradji meets Bhakti and answers her question “why she is young and her two son is aged and daisy?”

This chapter gives the picture of current situation, people sell moral, knowledge for money and women body to earn money or for enjoyment. He was not getting eternal happiness even though he visited “Puskar”, “Haridwar” etc. He meets Bhakti who introduces herself as

Bhakti: “Gayan and Vayragya are her son, Ganga, Yamuna, Kaveri are serving her. She took birth in “Dravid desh”, brought-up in “Karnataka”, got some respect in “Maharastra” but in “Gujarat” she became aged and her sons lost their shine, glory and strength. She comes to “Vrindavana” where she becomes again a “teenager” but her sons are still in the same position. She wants to leave “Vrindavana” with her sons. But her sons are aged and the biggest pain for a mother is to see her sons “aged” while she is “young”. She asks Naradji “why is this situation?”"

Naradji replies: “This is Kalyuga, devils will become happy and rich while evils will become poor and unhappy. Evils will face lot of pain. Patience is the only solution to this situation. In this place you became “teenager” as people here are giving respect to “bhakti” but no one is giving importance to your sons so they are still “aged” but they feel soothing here in “Vrindavana” and so they are daisy. When Krishna left earth, “Truth” like values left earth and went with him and so everything have just become meaningless. People have lost the meaning and essence of “Kata”, “Gyana”. People are just involved in re-production. People have lost the meaning and essence of “Moksha”.

Finally After a month I am back here to write.

It is a month long time I was away from all my activities of writing and reading newspapers, articles. My focus was only Bhagavad Puran. I always wanted to read old literature and books. I am curious about Puran. I lot few Puran names and then came a question from them whom to read first. The affection for Krishna made me read Bhagavad Puran.

While reading the first chapter I fell in love with the Puran. My temptation to read increased. I wished to keep all the things aside and read it. In some chapters I feel like skipping it and in some chapters I feel like how is it possible that narrate events which was going to happen. The most interesting part was first and the conversation of Krishna with Odhav before Krishna was going to leave. The total 18000 shloka (verses) caste a bond on mind and thoughts.

I will try my level best to stay away commenting on verses as I believe I am not such a knowledgeable person who can comment on what is written in those verses.

While reading Puran I thought to implement whatever I can from that puran in day to day life. So in all the upcoming posts I would narrate my experience with Puran.

With this note one interesting thing that I would like to share here is, I use to think Puran tells stories about incarnation of God and various forms but when I read Bhagavad Puran I realized it is not just the story of incarnation of God but each chapter and each verse teach a lesson. A lesson to be a human being, not to be cunning, a lesson to view world, events, happiness and sorrow.

It is early morning, as soon as I got up from bed, my heart started searching for Krishna, my heart was missing Krishna….

Man Ta.Dapat Hari Darasan Ko Aaj
More Tum Bin Biga.De Sakal Kaaj
Aa, Vinatii Karat, Huu.N, Rakhiyo Laaj, Man Ta.Dapat…

Tumhare Dvaar Kaa Mai.N Huu.N Jogii
Hamarii Or Nazar Kab Hogii
Sun More Vyaakul Man Kii Baat, Ta.Dapat Harii Darasan…

Bin Guruu Gyaan Kahaa.N Se Paauu.N
Diijo Daan Harii Gun Gaauu.N
Sab Gunii Jan Pe Tumhaaraa Raaj, Ta.Dapat Harii…

Muralii Manohar Aas Na To.Do
Dukh Bha.Njan More Saath Na Chho.Do
Mohe Darasan Bhikshaa De Do Aaj De Do Aaj,…

I started singing above lines. Being away from writing blog I was occupied in reading Bhagavad Purana. It is a great experience to learn purana.

When eyes are closed it is hard to define image of Krishna. Years and years have passed, yet the act and life of Krishna is attracting heart, thoughts and tongue.

How true are the words of this song. Heart is suffering from pain, pain of being away from Krishna. The heart is waiting to meet Krishna, be with Krishna. Years and years have spent in eating, sleeping and roaming, when we are near to the end of life, we plead for his blessings.

It is very true until we get a guru who guides us, we keep on roaming keeping ourselves busy in eating and sleeping. In each and every literature the importance of guru (teacher) is explained without fail. Teacher is required to give you guidance but your determination and hard work can help you achieve the desired goals.

I really miss you Krishna, like I live with my family, I want to live with you, be with you forever, no one not even your “Maya” should be able to separate me from you. When you will listen this prayer?

Today I became rich. I earned a good value today which added to the wealth I had.

Some years back I earned first chunk of value when a young girl wrote a letter expressing her apologies, apologies for she used words against me. She remembered my efforts to stop her from getting involved with a person who had no daring to stand with her in front of her parents.

I earned when a person quit smoking after trying for 15 years and gave credit to me.

I earned when a person blessed me and a person thanked me for helping them reach their destination.

I earned when team who was against me accepted me

I earned when i got standing ovation for my project

I earned when i was able to stand in front of 40 people having 15+ years experience and was able to speak without forgetting points.

Now I earned when my team leader was happy with my work.

All these satisfaction, blessings make me wealthy.

Every year the birth of Krishna is celebrated with pomp and enthusiasm. Thousands of people across the nation observe fast and wait for the moment of the historical event, the even of birth of Krishna.

Krishna even after years attract hearts and his preachings even today help resolve issues, pain and troubles. His smiling face and attractive images even today attract hearts across the nation.

Today looking at his attractive images, I felt if he would be in front of me I would have spent hours and hours watching him, talking to him, listening to him….. ah!!! all kind of dreams.

But he learned me a lesson, “Do you work with all dedication, ensure your each step is towards the well being of the task or work but never get attached to the work. Never get attached to the events. Don’t say that “this work is mine”, ” I have done this”, “because of me this happened”“

I have taken note of his lesson and have written at a place where I can see this lesson whenever I want in 24 hours.

What did you learn from him?

Lesson from Rain: Keep your heart clean as you keep your body clean.

Its raining at my place since last 10-12 days. I was watching dark clouds hiding sun behind them. Suddenly dark clouds started pouring water down the streets. The water running down the street taught me a lesson, “always keep your heart clean as you keep your body clean”.

Every day we put efforts to clean our body but we hardly think of cleaning our heart. We have lot of dirt in our heart for others. Some think they are best and so feel jealous, some play tricks to get their benefit, some want more money, position and property and so take all fair and unfair means. We have dirt for others who are of different cast, religion and creed. Just for small benefit and ego we hurt people, we insult others and do many things which if we think upon can make us feel shame.

Rain clean dirt from roofs, street, leaves and give birth to new life. If we clean our heart, we will also be able to give birth to new life, new thoughts and new ideas. Lets wash our hearts.
